    Police have charged a Devonport man, Brian Anthony Short, 52, with the murder of 76-year-old Michael Brincat

 

Following the suspicious death of Michael Brincat of 55 Marlborough House, Granby Way, Devonport on Wednesday 6 February, police continued to make enquires.

Yesterday (16 February) Brian Anthony Short, a 52-year-old local man, was charged with the murder of Michael Brincat. Short is currently remanded in police custody and will appear at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Monday 18 February.
