Yes apparently even though it is so nice to have an olympic star like Sharron Davies in Devonport it was not advertised at all in Plymouth. There was no publicity or event and Sharron cut the ribbon for the papers only!

For those of you who live close by to Ker street it has been lovely to see the area transform and watch the new apartments being built. I think it will bring a real improvement to the area historically known as the 'bull ring'.
