New Gym in St Budeaux I've just been down there and wow what a change. It's a 30 minute workout and is so easy to do! I feel great and enjoy chatting to people as I go round! they also have a brilliant soft play zone for the children so I can take my children down and enjoy my work out knowing I can still keep an eye on them....
