Demolition began today of the 200 year old toilet block which had been left discarded in Cumberland Gardens, Devonport. Pictures of the digger ripping into the building enclosed.

There was a lot of people that opposed the demolition of this building forming a campaign to have it as a listed site. How do you feel about this? Do you think that the Devonport Regeneration Company should only be about development of Devonport or do you think this is only an old public toilet block that looks unsightly and its demise will only improve Cumberland Gardens?
