For those on limited income or otherwise unable to afford or

provision Telephone Line Rental/Installation. There are many reasons for

this including restricted tariffs and opposing landline operators. I am

trying to highlight the dependence many have on a mobile phone. Where

users are held to ransom on charges made. Where Authorities paid for by

the public go on to rip off and make money from whom they delcare they

serve. The largest example for the South West being Devon and Cornwall

Police.
