Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered food which turned up nearly 2 hours late, and when it finally did it had clearly been reheated – the entire meal was chewy and had that “reheated” taste (we have had this meal from this takeaway a couple of times before, so know something was different). Furthermore, the can of coke that we ordered was piping hot – not just warm, but as though it had been put in the oven – we had to put in the freezer to cool it. When we called them to explain what had happened, they put me onto the chef who said “yeah... so?”. He then put me onto somebody else, who told me that all they could do was they’d put the coke in a separate bag next time?! They also said they hoped nobody had been “hurt by the hot coke” – not sure if this was a misunderstanding or they were being sarcastic. Either way, we will never be ordering from this takeaway again, and I would strongly advise nobody else does either.

After ordering at 5.30pm, I decided it was necessary to call them to find out where my order was at 7pm. I was informed my food had ´just left´. 20 minutes later a shambles of a meal arrived which had clearly been reheated, probably more than once and was luke warm. What´s more I nearly burnt my self on a can of coke I´d ordered which had clearly been in the bag under heaters or in an oven as it was around 50 degrees. Crispy shredded beef was chewy and inedible, along with the clearly reheated chewy dry chips - nothing like what we´ve had previously from them. On calling them to complain, we were passed around the establishment from person to person for around 15 minutes. DISGUSTINGLY when we´re unknowingly put on to the chef, his reaction when telling them our issues as outlined above was "SO?". They would not refund the meal, would not re-make the meal and said they´d credit us with ´a dish´ next time. Completely disgusting service all round, so stay clear at all cost!
